San Francisco probably spends 20 billion on drugs and homeless issues. Each year they need more money. Because they have to pay more people to find solutions. If they fix the problem people lose jobs and the lose the money on the problem. End of the day insurance, corporate America, politicians, county jobs, charities or BS foundations aren’t going to solve a problem as long as money can be made.
People are going nuts shooting shit up because people are being pushed to limits or brainwashed into dumb shit by division of ideology. The give a fuck meter on people runs out quicker these days.
I can go shit on a sidewalk, shoot up heroin on the sidewalk, walk in a store and steal shit nobody stops me. All have no consequences. But if I mow my yard with a gas lawn mower I get fined and police show up. If I break up a fight or restrain a student in a head lock trying to assault me. I get suspended or fired and catch a charge.
This shit is all created on purpose. They want this shit. Creates money and keeps people focused on stuff so much bigger Issues can keep being a pipeline of money
